Medical & Pharmaceutical
We are a two-man group who are going up against THE MAN! Healthcare has so many big players. And our target market, outpatient kidney dialysis, is no different. Nevertheless, we felt compelled to bring our idea to market against the odds. Our product, ScheduleWise, helps dialysis centers manage their patient and staffing schedules in an innovative, visual way. It takes the pain out of scheduling and helps centers focus on what they do best, taking care of patients.
What's your vision?
Attached is the general template we created (for our email blast / flyer) .... Logo on top, the content in three columns WHY/HOW/WHAT, and the "sell section" on bottom. While we like this format, obviously how it gets laid out conceptually, font and sizes, logo size on top, etc... is up to the designer's creativity. And we will give feedback on designs as they are submitted. The content in the middle section does not have to be linear as it is in our example. What must be maintained, though, is the visual understanding of the order of Why, How, What. And finish off with the bottom section... the big sell. - Ultimately, simple and clean is the design we prefer. - Our typical company colors are orange, green, and blue (like our logo) - Our website: http://getschedulewise.com - Target Audience of this flyer... Clinical Managers Technical Specs: - We would like the final brief in either HTML or PDF (preferably both but not a requirement) If HTML: 1) The maximum dimensions allowed are 750px (W) X 900px (H) 2) Max file size is 20KB 3) Images will be hosted on my server. 4) All CSS styles must be embedded or in-line. 5) No embedded background images If PDF: 1) The maximum dimensions allowed are 750px (W) X 900px (H) 2) Content text must be changeable. In other words, do not make a giant JPG and then merely saved as PDF's. - Separate ScheduleWise logo files are attached - A business card design is attached in case that design resonates - Images seen in the template: These images should be shown in their sections. But I am flexible on the placement / size / angle / transparency / etc. a) Workflow Rings b) Excel Schedule / Workflow Graph (These must be overlapped) The resolution on these isn't the best. I may have to provide better images but these will suffice to begin with. - Other images may be used. We are an IT/consulting company specific to kidney dialysis clinics. So anything relevant is fair game. But please remember, our work is on SCHEDULING OF PATIENTS and WORKFLOW of the clinic, NOT patient care stuff. -
The content verbiage may need a final tweaking by the winning designer(s), but nothing that would substantially change the design or section dimensions.
