eVent fabrics is a waterproof/breathable ingredient brand that serves the outdoor, cycling and active lifestyle markets. We make the product that allows people to enjoy the outdoors in all weather conditions while remaining dry and comfortable.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
Poster - We're looking to develop a poster that we can use as a commemorative print at the two winter outdoor industry trade shows we attend - Outdoor Retailer Winter Market and ISPO Munich. The goal is to develop a cool, collectible poster that we can give away in our booth and share with outdoor retailers and brands around the globe. While I see this being a subtly branded piece, the goal of the poster isn't to promote eVent fabrics, but rather serve as a collectible piece that someone will want to hang in their shop or office. Our audience for this project are outdoor enthusiasts - backpackers, mountaineers, climbers, skiers, cyclists, runners, etc. If it involves spending time in the out of doors, this crowd enjoys it. Many of the designs we've received are too summer-focused for this project. Please know before submitting that we'll need a design that's more winter-focused and certainly not cycling-specific. Thanks!

Some of the inspiration for this idea came from our appreciation of the work being done and sold on http://www.artcrank.com/. While this site served as inspiration, please don't take it as a suggestion that this poster needs or should be bike-specific. The posters will be given away at our winter shows, which aren't bike-centric gatherings.
Attached is another poster we picked up recently that we found stylistically cool.
Also attached are our logos - orange is our standard color, white is our alternate - and our icon.
Our brand's PMS colors are as follows: Primary: Pantone 158 - Secondary: Pantones 7466, 390 and 402 (Please note these are only for reference, as this poster doesn't need to adhere to exacting brand guidelines).
