Language Direct (http://www.languagedirect.net) is a full service language solutions provider specializing in telephone / VoIP training and translation solutions for larger website projects. In this brochure we want to promote our translation division to small to mid size airlines worldwide.
As well as the 3 case studies presented in attachment, Language Direct, as a language school (i.e. not the translation side of our business) has partnerships with many more world airlines. Airline IT / web / e-commerce managers
Generally airline IT managers have an awareness of the need for translation of their websites, and many have attempted to translate their websites previously through traditional translation agencies. However, the complexity of the task and the specific requirements of an airline website translation have caused many of these projects to fail. The expectation is that this brochure will hit the desk of an IT manager who has an unfinished translation project pending.
What we need to demonstrate is that Language Direct is experienced in and capable of taking over such projects and successfully executing them.
a4 brochure (folded, 2 sided a3 page, total 4 pages content) to introduce Language Direct's translation services to international airlines. Brochure will be mailed to IT directors in small to midsize airlines with international routes.
Emphasis to be on Language Direct's experience in the airline industry and technical capabilities, and the offering of both "new site" and "maintenance" services. 3 case studies to be presented, as outlined below. Screenshots of case study websites can be included to illustrate end product.
The Language Direct service comprises of 2 elements - New Site Translation and Maintenance. New Site Translation is the first translation of a website into a new language, based on an existing site in English, for example. Maintenance is the ongoing translation of amendments, alterations and press releases into all site languages, with an emphasis on keeping multilingual sites "in sync" with the source language sites.
Enclosed are some slides which demonstrate the Language Direct product. Cues and diagrams can be taken from here. The goal of the brochure is to gain an introductory meeting with the decision makers in interested airlines. Language Direct will provide this meeting free of cost at the airline’s premises.
