We are a new company in the Midwest, U.S. Our mission is to bring our patients the highest quality, most affordable natural care in the area – including medical marijuana.
We deliver this through:
• Retail operations (storefronts that sell marijuana)
• Cultivation (marijuana grow centers)
• Infused products (edibles, tinctures, oils, etc. that come from the plant)
• Access to a wellness network where we bring our patients access to holistic health professionals at a reduced cost.
Our logo needs to be broad enough to work with these 4 lines of business.
We see ourselves as a fresh, modern company and we stand for professionalism, quality, and value.
Medical marijuana cardholders. In states that have legalized medical marijuana, the number of qualified patients is commonly far lower than 1 percent of the population. This is a diverse audience that includes young adults (18+) as well as working professionals who seek natural options. In a NORML survey, it was estimated that 50% of adults had used marijuana. We like to address 25-45 age group, but need to be inclusive of the younger, and older, parts of our target.
Some common issues they deal with: pain management, chronic illness, terminal illness, HIV/AIDS, glaucoma, chemotherapy, eating disorders, sleep disorders and more.
We do not want a logo that overtly screams “WEED”!
We’re looking to convey our product in a professional, medical manner – so no green or purple marijuana leaves, no Bob Marley or Rastafarian references, etc. One symbol that has been adopted in other parts of the country is a green cross (exactly like the American Red Cross logo, except green.) Many people have embraced this, and we would be open to inclusion in our logo.
Someone suggested that the green cross might become the letter “T” in the word “Options” – this is not a mandatory. If that inspires you, great.
The name “Pure” feels clean, new, untainted with the stigmas of the past. The “Options” refers to the medical aspect – that you don’t have to rely exclusively on pharmaceuticals to obtain care. You have natural options that can work as a complement to your current regimen.
We like greens and blues.
