Our company does web sites and virtual tours for the real estate industry. We are doing our first trade show in a few weeks and we need displays and collateral for the show. We have figured out the marketing strategy we want and mocked up the 2 posters and handouts, and now need a designer to give them some nice style.

I have created a ZIP file with the illustrator files and FPO's of all images. This way you can see what our concept is and what text we want on the posters. These posters are designed quite simply to catch attendee's eyes at the trade show as they walk by and make them want to know more. Our products are visually more appealing than the competition (our photography is 6x larger than average, and our web sites have built-in Google Maps) so we want people to see posters, think "wow I've never seen that before -- and it looks good", and come over to inquire about our products.
The handouts will keep this same theme, but have slightly more info, pricing, etc, and of course link them to our web site, phone #, etc.
The ZIP file with the concepts is here:

Notes on the layout that are important:
- The posters must be simple! They are designed to only catch attention, not sell or provide all details.
- The posters should be eye-catching, but in a classy way. No neon please! That's the idea behind the life-size computer product shot.
- On the posters, you will notice that the top has a black bar with 2 holes cut out. These are where the posters will be mounted to the display easel. The mounting knobs are black and so this is designed for easy assembly but won't be noticeable.
Other than that, feel free to get creative! That's the idea, right?!
Final files should be editable by me so that I can make edits to screenshots on computer and small copy changes using Illustrator/Photoshop.
