*Design should be "License to Play", not "License to Party" sorry about this mistake.
We are looking to have a 4x6 postcard designed to promote the FlashGamingSummit after-party. FlashGamingSummit is a conference geared towards publishers, distributors, developers, and other people involved in the Flash Game industry. It will be taking place the day before the Game Developers Conference.

We are looking to have a 4x6 postcard designed to promote theFlashGamingSummit after-party. FlashGamingSummit is a conference gearedtowards publishers, distributors, developers, and other people involvedin the Flash Game industry. It will be taking place the day before theGame Developers Conference. The postcard will be put into everyattendee's tote bag (that they will receive when they arrive at theconference). The postcard should be designed around a theme of "Licenseto Play". Video game elements are appropriate, but not necessary (nouse of copyrighted characters will be permitted, however. This meansno Mario, Sonic, etc...). The primary sponsor of the party isFlashGameLicense.com. The theme itself is a play on words between theparty and the sponsor and designs that include this are desired (butagain, not necessary). Also, there is a secondary sponsor (CasualGames Association). Logos for both sponsors need to be incorporated intothe design, with the primary sponsors being more prominent.
Here is an example but it doesn't have to be anything like this:
