Accessadoor Insert Kit
Description of the product
We're Accessadoor. Our device allows individuals to open handicapped doors with their smartphone devices. We strive to make the world more accessible to individuals who face physical challenges, but ultimately because it is a smartphone app anyone can use it. It is an easy 3 step process for the app user. All they have to do is download the app from the Googleplay or Appstore, open the app and then tap the button on the screen to open it. The device gets inserted right into the existing handicapped door button and it takes less than 2 minutes to install. It is super easy and makes life easier for people with physical challenges by removing the barrier that a door presents.
Description of the product target audience
Our target market for the actual device is college campuses, hospitals, and government buildings. This device can be installed anywhere that a handicapped door button exists so it has endless possibilities to who could buy it. Our target market for the app is individuals with physical disabilities. it is for both males and females and the age range is anywhere from 13-75. Most people in that age range would have a smartphone and the ability to use the app.
I need a retail carton box design for our device. On the front I would like it to have our logo with the phrase "Improving Accessibility One Door at a Time" under the logo. There should be some sort of indication that it is app compatible so maybe the available in appstore or google play icons. The front should be more images than words. On the back it should have more of an explaination of what the product is and how to use it. Maybe a step 1,2,3 to describe how to use the app and then how easy it is to install and how it benefits individuals who could use this. The back should have some imagery, but not a lot. Words should stick to neutral colors, like black but feel free to mix in green that matches the logos shade if needed. I am not overly creative, so feel free to but your twist on things.
What to avoid
Please avoid anything that would offend the disabled community. I do not believe I can include the handicapped symbol either, I believe it is trademarked. The fonts should stay calm, nothing overly fancy.
the box has a length of 2.5 inches, width of 1.5 inches and a depth of 4 inches. Attaches in the files section is a picture of what the box will look like.
