Description of the product
Hello! Demingway is a software that is meant to help health care professionals and accreditation managers prepare and/or keep up with accreditation guidelines. Think of it as a consultant that is on your iPad or desktop.
Description of the product target audience
• Accreditation professionals • Performance improvement specialists • Executive and clinical leadership • Medication safety officers and patient safety officers • Human resources professionals • Risk managers • Facility managers
**Mock up should have "Promoting Quality and Accreditation Readiness" somewhere on it (preferably on the cover)** Definite potential for more design work after this contest wraps – marketing kit, website and social media elements, etc. I’m looking for a CD/software jacket layout/design. Cover, back panel, left inside panel with album credits, right inside panel (under CD tray), the CD itself, and the spine. As for the CD itself, it probably depends on what happens with the inside panel designs, so this will be open to interpretation! It should, however, include the attached logo. Please feel free to work around with the information below: 1. Exterior a. Logo and name should appear on the outside of the cover and the CD mock up. b. The mission: Promoting Quality and Accreditation Readiness c. Maybe a sentence “Empower your team to be survey-ready”? It doesn't have to be there but the mission is a must. 2. Things to consider/add on the covers (outside and/or inside). These are things that the software can do. a. Real-time reports i. Share reports immediately ii. Easily identify any issues that need your attention iii. Multiple report formats (Word, CSV, JSON, HTML, or XML) iv. Multiple delivery methods (email, dropbox, sharepoint) v. Multiple recipients (report can be delivered to specified individuals) vi. Access to historical reports (reports should be automatically backed up and securely stored so that administrators can have access to them whenever they need) b. Crosswalk findings to other areas of the facility c. Role-based dashboard d. Reporting & Analytics i. Weekly metrics and insights e. View performance and trends (maybe have a mock -up of a dashboard) in real-time i. Keep track of corrective actions (instantly know what actions have been assigned, are in progress, or completed). f. Take pictures & annotate g. Access Demingway anywhere, any time h. On-going compliance 3. Back (I'd like the summary below included, please :) ) a. Demingway was started in 2018 with the mission to promote quality in health care and assist ambulatory health care organizations to meet national accreditation guidelines in the most efficient manner. Demingway is specifically designed to help administrators, accreditation professionals, quality managers, risk managers, leadership teams, and facility managers conduct self-assessments and mock surveys easily and effectively. More than 1,500 topics have been collated from leading accrediting organizations, associations, and nationally recognized guidelines. Demingway contains accreditation topics covering the care of the patient, medication management, performance improvement, leadership, staffing, health information and technology, infection prevention and control, and the physical environment. With Demingway, you can demonstrate your preparedness and commitment to continual compliance with national safety standards. In the section below, I indicate that you can use stock images to be crafty in the design. If you feel that doesn't work, please include some infographics (just something simple that would speak to some of the items in bullet point 2 above).
What to avoid
I know I have included A LOT in the section above but if you could please avoid making the CD/Software jacket/packet too busy. Colors should match the logo attached but if you have any ideas about other complementary colors, I'll let you do your thing!
