Salmon Portions Skin On (Frozen)
Description of the product
We have been asked to develop a salmon portion product for a national retail grocery chain in Canada. This product will be in roughly 700 stores across the country.
Description of the product target audience
Whoever cooks the most at home. Whoever buys the groceries. Parents.
*************** EDIT 4/11/2019: *On the front of the package, we need both English and French to be same font and text size (it is a law in Canada). So please show us designs with the product name (Wild Pacific Salmon) in english and french. *Please show us the back layout of the package too, as we will require both front and back designs on this contest *************** The package is going to be a color printed bag with the frozen salmon portions inside. We want a design on the front to show a fully cooked salmon (or salmon meal) that looks delicious and gives the customer a visual idea of what they can "do" with the salmon. The back will have standard nutrition table, thawing instructions, a section for a recipe, and a small transparent window so customers can see the frozen salmon inside the package. Must leave room for these things on the back, I can finalize the text afterwards... You can use a stock image that you like with the watermark temporarily , then I will purchase the stock image if you are the chosen winner. I like a black and red color theme so it is bold and pops when a customer sees the front package. I attached 2 reference designs we like, if we can get something similar it would be great! We can have a transparent window on the front or back, either options are OK with us. The product name is "Wild Pacific Salmon" to be placed on the front of package
No dimensions yet, please keep file in illustrator so the printing company can scale the package as needed.
It all began with a design brief.
A quick, interactive guide helped them understand their design style and captured exactly what they needed in their product packaging.
Designers across the globe delivered design magic.
davidho collaborated with designers to refine their ideas
When design entries come in, you can rate them so designers know what you’re looking for in your logo design.
99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
