Description of the product
We are roasting specialty coffee for sale at local cafes, grocery stores, restaurants, and direct to consumers. "Powering the Good" and "Compassionate Coffee" are essential elements that convey that we are donating to local charities ($1 worth of coffee is donated to charitable organizations each time we sell a bag).
Description of the product target audience
Our coffee will be sold to Restaurants, Cafes, direct to consumers. Our target audience is (people in their 20-40's), who are likely craft beer drinkers, foodies interested in unique food experiences. We are based in SE WI between Chicago, IL, and Milwaukee, WI -- but not entering those markets at this time.
Coffee bag- front, back, sides, and bottom. We plan on using the same bag for multiple coffee varieties, so we will need all the roast specific information in one location. For this contest we are asking for one product design for one coffee roast - With the name(could change): Sunrise Tiger Cupping notes: Sweet, bright, lemongrass, floral Roast Level: 3 (of 5) Bean Origin: Indonesia (Sumatra) Wt: 12 oz We want to include on the bottom of the package: May we be safe.
