The work was starting really good, good communication, fast results and no issues with little changes on top what come up in typical projects like this. I reduce one start because the project was double time overdue (what I accepted because we have other things on top) and another star for the bad communication at the end. We running out of the final deadline and no more communications and changes over 5 days.

Hey! Thanks for the detailed feedback. Appreciate the opinion. I apologize for any delay that we might have caused. Generally, we get back to our clients within 24 hours but there was a delay due to some health issue and because of repeated changes which were difficult to finish in given timeline. We always strive to offer our best services and clear communication to our clients and take great pride in that. Thank you:)
