We should have been more careful when selecting this 'designer'. They copied another designers work, and then sent me low resolution screen shot quality 'design files' and I was very disappointed. I then had to go back and forth through dozens of messages over a few days, two having to ask them for every correct file and light or dark logo, and transparent backgrounds and all of the things that you should get, and they eventually bit by bit reproduced the design they copied. For anyone not familiar with photoshop or what should be handed over, it would have been impossible. I got most of what I needed, but gave up as some point working with them. I had to do some photoshop myself to get the remaining correct files and I was not able to un-award them in time without the contest ending on it's own.

They communicated quickly as I asked for all the correct files and updates, but, beware this is not a real designer and you will have to work hard to get the correct design files as they are trying to make an easy dollar by just screen copy and paste.
