Inspired by true events
An uncharacteristically hot summer season has draped the city of Moravian. Detective John Morgan, mire in personal struggles, is alone to lean an investigation into the gruesome murders of some of the city's most violent criminals. While wrestling with his own demons, he finds it difficult to care about victims the citizens of Moravian feel these criminals are better off dead. As the body count rises, it culminates in a spine tingling climax in which detective Morgan must choose who lives, and who dies.
