I've used several designers on this platform with great success. Unfortunately, this particular designer has a hard time following directions and is even worse with time lines. In the end my product isn't even usable because this designer refuses to use the dyeline that the printer requires, even though they have been given it and specifically told several times. They keep modifying the dyeline and dividing it into different pages or rearranging the order within the dyeline. Now, that's fine for the design process but the printer has to have it exact for the printing process since they only allow it to be uploaded one way into their queue. I know its possible because this designer has done it for past updates to the same product with the same dyeline requirements correctly. Of course when asked to fix the problem I get no response.
