This is a book by Nigel O'Quinn that is about increasing muscle mass for athletes who are willing to fulfill their goals in a healthy and effective way.
This is my proposal of the cover book where I boost the metaphore with a big effect of the muscle and using the word ''gain'' with a bold typeface.
The idea is to force it graphically speaking to the concept that the book is going to be treated, because the cover is the first impression of any reader.
