Design brief:
I am creating a poster template for Bealls, a company, to help educate and train their employees on safety. They want to put up big posters in the employee break areas at the back of their retail stores. The template we're making will be used every month, and they'll add different safety content and graphics to it to keep employees informed.

Design explanation:
This template's main job is to communicate clearly and effectively. I am using simple language and catchy slogans to make sure people remember that safety is everyone's job. I am using bright blue and yellow colors to grab people's attention and make the message pop. I also included a clear call to action and space for contact information in case of safety issues. In short, it's a versatile design with all the important elements to show our commitment to workplace safety.
