* I reserve the right to showcase the final deliverables in my portfolio, website, social media, or other platforms for the purposes of professional promotion and recognition. Proper credit will be attributed to me as the creator of the work in such cases.

* In the event the project is canceled for reasons unrelated to the designer’s failure to meet agreed terms, no refunds will be issued and ownership rights to the designs will not be transferred.

* The stated 3-day turnaround refers to the average time required to develop initial concept(s). Full App Icon design projects may take between few days up to two weeks, depending on complexity and client feedback.

* Orders requiring expedited delivery will incur an additional fee of 15%.

* If you wish for the project to remain completely private and not appear in any public portfolio, a 10% privacy fee will apply.

* I reserve the right to decline any project or request that conflicts with my ethical or professional standards.
