As we mentioned part of the design concept is to translate the design to the blind.
By separating the design into 3 layers and printing them on UV printer 3D effect can be accomplished.
The UV printer doesn't only use colored ink, but white and transparent ink as well, so it can produce the variety of effects.
In particular, varnish can be used to create raised areas.
It is possible to create very tactile output.
This way you can create not only 3D effect but glossy and matt finishes in different parts of the surface.
The printer can raise the surface by about 0,04 mm with a single pass.
By setting the number of coats per layer 3D effect is accomplished.
