The company sell baby leaf greens(salad mixes, spinach, etc.) that are produced in a greenhouse aquaponic system. Aquaponics combines the raising of fish and plants together to create a controlled ecosystem.

The concept is simply showing fishes and leaves rotation to portrait the ecosystem.
