Medical Manufacturing Thank You Cards

I have attached an image of a card style that I like, but I want ours to be a bit different and blank on the inside. I have also attached an image from our website which is a collage of faces from our company; it may be cool to have that incorporated into the card -- either on the back, or inside of the top "flap". I would like the "Spine" of the card to be at the top, not on the left side like a book... I would like a small, "X" logo slightly transparent in the bottom right corner (see attached .pdf equipment list for visual example). I am expecting the front of our card to be black with our logo large and centered. The Back of the card can either be the face collage I attached (on a black background) please remove the logo since it will be on the front of the card (I have copies of the original images if you'd like them). Or it can be "Axial Green" with our company contact information. You can change the order of the face collage, the image titled "Vin Jr." Should be included (most of these cards will be coming from him so it will be important that his face is visible). These are intended to be "thank you" cards. So feel free to incorporate "Thank You" somewhere in the design. I'd also like you to provide envelope designs
