IWC Capital Partners LLC
IWC Capital Partners is a private equity firm primarily focused on making investments in commerical and residential Real Estate assets. We use limited partnership vehicles to make long term investments on behalf of our investors. We are essentially a financial services firm and as such we need to convey the characteristics expected of a firm in that industry - specifically integrity, strength, performance and commitment to clients.
Our clients are primarily sophisticated high net worth individuals and institutional investors. These clients are looking to do business with companies who are not only able to demonstrate strong investment capabilities but who also demonstrate impeccable integrity and are able to gain their trust. Our marketing materials need therefore to be appropriate for this target market.
The file with the company logo will be uploaded for designers to use (we have uploaded two versions which differ only in the colour used for the text - we would like to see both options used). We now want company logo to be used in business cards and also on our company stationery (i.e. letter heads, return labels, and envelopes).
For the business cards specifically in terms of the format we would like a two sided card. Preferably one side which highlights our logo and company name and the individual card holders name, title, e-mail address, mobile phone and office phone,
On the other side of the card we would like to put the address of our two office locations and our web site address.
These are guidelines only and designers are free to change this format if they feel it leads to a better business card aesthetic (e.g. if you think the front of the card should have the logo only and the other side have all the card holders details and company address then we are open to seeing these designs).
Bottomline is that we want a business card which is impressive when placed in a client's hand. It should be simple and understated while being sophisticated at the same time.
For the stationery - letter head, return labels and envelopes - this is straightfoward and designers are free to put together what they feel is functional while being aesthetically pleasing.
