Owner is smart, guys guy from Wisconsin and used to own construction business. Need business suite that is not that complicated to get printed up. Colors are black, white and Texas Longhorn orange. Need to have on the card the PO Box in Austin and also TREC License #9857 (I have a .gif of the logo that can be revised that I can email).
