Coastal North Carolina Waterfront Community - Website REDESIGN - Template Only

Our website design is getting stale and needs to be updated. Looking for a eye catching design that will showcase our product. This is an upscale waterfront community in coastal North Carolina. We require a design template only (in HTML format). We will be taking your graphics/format and wrapping it around our existing ColdFusion system/database. All major coding will be done on our end.

Summerhouse on Everett Bay

Tagline: Settle Into Endless Summer Desired Color Scheme: Must reflect the costal NC area and lifestyle Accepted File Formats: HTML, EPS, PSD We will be integrating the design into our existing code in ColdFusion. Template should be delivered in HTML and graphics in layered PSD format. The design MUST be search engine friendly. Use of CSS is a must. All of these photo's and graphics are copyrighted and may not be reused or replicated outside of this contest. The website is for an upscale community on the North Carolina coast and the design should reflect the area and lifestyle. Lastly, I want to stress the importance of a search engine friendly website. Please design this first and foremost with the engines in mind. We have a real problem with our website not showing up in the engines and would like to have a design that will help in the rankings.
