I am looking for a new design and coded template for a client. They are going to be redesigning their current website.

This is going to be a 3 part contest. The award money will be as follows:
$100 - logo
$200 - site template
$150 - coded template.
We will start the contest looking for a new logo for the website. You can also work on the template for the site and if we don't pick you for the logo but for the template I will accept seperate winners.
The website is for the South Carolina Commission for the Blind. Their current website is http://www.sccb.state.sc.us. You will need to create a new logo for the site.
The site will keep the state colors like in the state flag - and incorporate the palmetto tree and crecent moon. Here is a picture of the state flag - http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikiped…e_flag.png.
They want the site to have a more modern look to it. They like the overall design of http://www.sc.gov and how it looks more modern.
The site must be a CSS based design and coded in CSS not with tables and such. You can incorporate the state seal that is listed at the top right of their current website if you want. The site navigation will stay somewhat the same and content will stay somewhat the same for now.
