My client is a Law Firm that represents Power Construction and Utility Companies. Like the industry as a whole, they are now focusing on "green" energy. They want their website to reflect their goal of representing the high-end investors (millions to billions of dollars) that are moving into this space.

About a year ago, I developed TriconPower.com for my client based on their brochure. I'm a programmer and my design skills are marginal. They now want a much more professional site designed. The content is good, but we need a graphic artist/CSS expert to make the site look great.
