National litigation support company needs a new corporate website. Functional with a slight flair to stand out.
What's your vision?
Tagline: N/A Desired Color Scheme: blues, greys, whites Desired Style: Fresh, clean. I'd love to see examples of your standard corporate templates as well as newer 2.0 styles that stand out. Accepted File Formats: All: 5 PSDs(cut/layered), 5 HTML pages, 1 CSS file We're looking to get out of our old, generic website and into something new, fresh and functional. We'd prefer to stay in conformity with our logo color set, but will consider other design options as well. Please refer to the example websites as examples of designs that we like, however, please incorporate your own elements as you see fit. We're not looking for a clone site, just a website that stands out and is functional. Get creative! Yes, color scheme is blue and white. 1e) What is the nature of your business? Briefly describe your products or services: Electronic and paper document management Electronic discovery file processing Electronic discovery consulting Online Review Tools Computer Forensics 1f) Who is your target market? Who are you hoping to reach with your site? Law firms, attorneys, general counsels, corporate legal departments WEBSITE DETAILS 1b) Do you have an existing website? If so, what is the URL http://www.c2legal.com 2b) IMPORTANT: Please list at least 3 URLs (web addresses) of high quality sites that you like the look of (these do not have to be sites whos business is similar to yours. It aids us in determining what your design style is.) Please consider layout, colors, navigation, graphics, and typography. 1) http://www.clearwellsystems.com/ - like the overall menu structure (top and right side) and large graphic header with information snippets 2) http://www.attenex.com/ - another example of clean menus and good presentation. Probably close in design to what wed envision as well. 3) http://lit.doculex.com/index.asp - A good example of the header graphic being used as well. Would need the text and colors to be stronger to stand out 4) http://www.crickettechnologies.com/ - really like the design of this site as well. We would need a partner login on this design as well. Strong Blues, whites, greys 4b) List the Navigation links for your Site: - Top Navigation: Home, Services, Consulting, Resources, About Us - Sub-Navigation will vary based on top navigation topic selected. Can produce a sitemap - Site Search - Will also need an inactive login box for username and password for a later to be developed application 5b) What type of look are you trying to achieve? (e.g. clean, high-tech, conservative, warm, flashy, etc.) Looking for a clean, fresh website. Good colors bright, but not too bright. 6b) Do you have any images for use in the design of your site? If not, do you have images, can you offer suggestions of what you type of imagery you feel would be most suitable for your website: keep use of actual people faces to a minimum when using photos. Stay away from using a lot of canned Seen every day on generic biz websites group shots. Much of our business is based on computer technologies and the legal/corporate world. Please utilize pictures according to that theme. Site does not have to be picture heavy. Please see example sites listed above as an indication of that. DEADLINE AND DELIVERABLES 1c) What is the deadline for your template design? 1 week - Please submit early so we can review and provide feedback! 2c) Will you require HTML coding? Yes. Were looking for a ready made site to drop content into. Ill need the ability to add menus as well for the sub navigation pages. 3c) If so, will you require it to be ONLY CSS layout? Prefer it to be CSS based, but will consider tables. 4c) How many pages coded will you require delivered? 5 page total: Home, Services, Consulting, Resources, About Us Are there any other comments/specific ideas we should keep in mind while designing your project? 1.
