We are licensed Realtors providing quality professional services in residential real estate including but not limited to working with buyers looking to buy a property; sellers who want to sell their properties for top value ; tenants looking to lease rental properties; property owners interested in leasing their properties through our company by providing a wide array of property management services; assisting buyers who are interested in new construction or custom-build homes; helping investors find distressed properties, foreclosure properties, short-sale properties and/or properties under fair market value to increase their net worth; Providing customers with up-to-date information regarding Special Communities: Active Adults, Assisted Living, Accessibility ready; and recruiting Realtors and Brokers to join Keller Williams franchises under our sponsorship. Who is your target market? Who are you hoping to reach with your site? Based on KW studies Internet buyers, those that make real estate business via internet are in average 35 years of age, and constitute at least 85% of the website traffic; while sellers in average are older age range and constitute only 15% of the internet business. Therefore, we want our website to be as visual as possible, including a wealth of resources and tools targeting buyers. Nonetheless, we want our website to include a wealth of information and resources so that we may capture all real estate-relates leads whether they be buyers, sellers, investors, recruits, new construction, custom build homes, etc. We would also like to expand our resources for sellers more than the typical competition. Refer to previous downloadable files 2. Please design for 1024 x 768 resolution. 3. The design will be dropped into a Content Management System that allows us to drop in a header area, left area, center area, right area and footer area. So please be sure the design and HTML is broken up accordingly. We can discuss this in more detail with the winner if necessary. It should not an issue and is easy to explain.
