Anthem One is a universal industrial lighting platform. Our first target market is the "omni-media" industry (film, television, photography, theater, live events, visual effects, broadcast news & theme parks). I post messages there several times a day. We created a website for Anthem One (Mark One). You can view it here: https://r1al5sq9s4zdlncz-10068322.shopifypreview.com We now want to create a full website for Anthem One (Mark Two). The temporary website is at www.anthemone.com. The biggest mistake of our 2018 website is that it was "product porn." We had lovely shots of Anthem One, but nothing showing WHO would use Anthem One, HOW they would use it and WHY they would use it. We focused exclusively on WHAT. "This is WHAT Anthem One is." has proven to be inadequate. We need your redesign of our website to specifically include WHO, HOW & WHY along with the WHAT. WHO: Forward thinking, serious professionals who are passionate about high quality light fields. If someone wants the lowest price light and doesn't care how China slaps together off-the-shelf components from rejected LEDs, they aren't our customer. When a customer gets serious about light quality and understands how it dramatically affects the quality of their work, they're ready to buy from us. HOW: Anthem One achieves its amazingly advanced specs from custom-made components, careful assembly in Wisconsin and rigorous testing. WHY: Anthem One matters for people who want to light vast spaces. Unlike other lights, the light field is a 160 degree "wall" of light at 0 inches. It is INSTANTLY big and defies people's expectations. It can illuminate a half-acre backlot or a 20-story building from top to bottom. It behaves like the sun. And it is the only LED in the world with removable LED wafers. So, customers can achieve lighting affects never before possible, which is why Ferrari uses it at the Concourse d'Elegance to illuminate vast spaces in "Ferrari Red" or Meow Wolf uses it to increase the punch of their Fluorescent Forest. WHAT: That's already on the site and you can replicate it, if you want. Anthem One is an engineering marvel. It is 5.5" cubed, weights about 6 pounds, outputs a massive 160 degree beam that can illuminate a half-acre of land or a 20-story building and yet it only draws 200 watts and can be operated by a lithium-ion battery. Anthem One is also the only LED light in the world to use interchangeable LED wafers, which we call Light Cards. We have the patent on removable LEDs. And making LEDs removable means that a single device can have an infinite number of different Light Fields. We're choosing to focus on omni-media because a small company needs focus...but, we already have Military Grade IR, Agriculture and UV-A (Black Light) Light Cards. Our accessories are beautifully made. Everything is modular. The entire system is designed like a set of heavy-duty legos. Everything is military grade. That's the what. The what is easy... ...we are hoping with the vast amount of materials (provided below in the brief) you can help us with the WHO, HOW & WHY. We need you to HUMANIZE our website. We need you to help the right people say "This is the product for me. I'm a serious professional. I value excellence. I'm a master of my craft. And therefore, I need Anthem One."
COLOR: Strictly black, white & grey. The previous version used "canary yellow" as an accent color. Too many of our competitors use yellow as an accent. Therefore, we want to the new website to be strictly black, white and grey (with the exception of photos). Please, make sure your grey is neutral grey and doesn't accidentally shift cool or warm. CLEAN: The site needs to be clean and sophisticated. Apple's website is a good example. USE POP-UP VIDEO LINKS: We've made lots of videos. Use them as pop-ups for sections that need additional explanation. TYPEFACE: Please, only use free Google Typefaces. We're open to any kind of typeface; we've been using Gotham, we love Geometric Sans Serif typefaces but if you can make something else work, we'll certainly consider it. The important thing is that the typeface is a Google typeface so that we can use it for free and it is easy to index the website.

Please only design two pages for the preliminary round (Page 1 and your choice of Page 2 or Page 4) PAGE ONE: OVERVIEW A lengthy page that summarizes the features and strengths of Anthem One, Anthem Light Cards, Anthem Power and Anthem Accessories. As an example, if you create a section describing how to remove a Light Card you can include a link that triggers a pop-up video to our video on Light Card removal. This page is a general overview of what makes Anthem One special. It can borrow heavily from the original website, but it must include WHO, WHAT & WHY. As an example, a key feature to mention is that Anthem One puts a heavy emphasis on R9, R13 and R15 frequencies to ensure that Artists of Color look amazing. R9 is the specific frequency for African skin, R13 for European and R15 Hispanic and Asian skin. We have several photos on Instagram that you can use that highlight this fact. We also have a great photo in the New Website Graphics folder (listed below) PAGE TWO: CASE STUDIES This page will showcase how Ferrari, Meow Wolf, Steven Soderbergh and other companies have used Anthem One. All you need to do is select beautiful pictures and decide where some Ipsum Lorem goes. I'll provide the text. Just make a lush, long page showing off how Ferrari, Meow Wolf, Honor Among Thieves and others have used Anthem One. Even if you don't understand why its important...that's okay! I'll change your Ipsum into text. PAGE THREE: UNDERSTANDING LEDs This page will use a series of infographic-like images to explain the details of how LEDs work and what makes Anthem Light Card LEDs different. It is also probably the most difficult, so I have commissioned a graphic designer to create 6 graphics. They will be ready to use in 5-6 days. Therefore, DO NOT DO THIS PAGE UNTIL THE FINALS. IT IS UNNECESSARY TO ATTEMPT THIS PAGE UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN SELECTED AS A FINALIST. :) You may need to create a graphic to demonstrate heat reflected by glass, thermal paste as a thermal transmission medium and the inability of photons to mix. But this will be FAR, FAR SIMPLER once you receive the other graphics I have commissioned. And it will be far, far simpler once the other pages are done. Therefore, this page should be last and only completed by finalists. :) PAGE FOUR: SPECS This page will list, both with text and graphics, Anthem Ones specs. This includes height, width, length, weight, amps, volts, watts, battery run-time, etc. Please refer to the original version but update the graphics for Anthem Power (Mark Two). Customers can customize their own kit or buy a pre-assembled kit for them. The store is divided into four sections; Anthem One, Anthem Power, Anthem Light Cards and Anthem Accessories.
