How RichardArnstine started their web page design journey
We are a progressive and highly service oriented Orthodontic office. We partner with our patients to achieve an exceptional orthodontic result. We offer individualized treatment filled with personal touches, and exceptional care.We treat both adults and children, using state of art technology and techniques.
In spite of all of our fancy technology, it still comes down to helping each individual, one at a time. Not only do we straighten teeth, but one of our primary goals is making a connection, and forming both a relationship and partnership that will help us to meet our patients and patient's families, needs, expectations and goals.
We encourage, healthy mouths, healthy minds and lives. We do not lecture or scold patients. We ask, explore, encourage, educate, and empower. We provide choices, not rules. We do not ask patients to measure up to an arbitrary timetable or standards. Every patient is an individual with individual needs. This partnership is what sets us apart from other offices. Our goal is to achieve exceptional long term results in both appearance and health.
Think the Ritz Carlton- or Disney experience.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Our target audience is highly educated and invested in their health and appearance, and is seeking both top quality treatment and service. Middle to upper class, most likely professionals. This patient does not consider budget as their first or only priority.
Our existing patients use a portal on our website to access their appointments, pictures, and financial ledger.
We would like to eliminate flash from our page, and make it more smart phone friendly. We are search engine conscious, and would like our home page easy to navigate to other areas of the site, but also allow people to retrieve contact information easily and quickly. Our logo is our brand, and the color schemes should remain the same to match the existing site. We have two locations, and that should be considered when designing.
Consider how you use a website, and what you would like to see on the homepage.
Our hope is that the winning designer captures our brand and accurately portrays it in the home page.
Number of pages
The home page should be smart phone friendly yet not specifically a mobile page. Both office locations should be included, to make it easily search-able under orthodontics, Solon and orthodontics, Shaker Hts.
Again please consider both search engines and the information you look for on a homepage. Phone number location, etc.
