I need a non-coded redesign of the homepage that will be coded into css by myself,

The company is a chartered surveyors firm who deal with commercial property, so it needs to look professional as most of it's clients are business people and will want reasurannce of a professional up-to-date company and we feel the current site isn't up to scratch design wise,

I'm happy for stock photos to be used where appropriate these will be purchased afterwards. Commercial buildings, Business people, large properties etc, preferable UK, england buildings.
