How Scott Johnston started their web page design journey
We want to get more people active and happy. We do this by supporting health clubs communicate more effectively with there leads and members. Designers you can help us get into more clubs and help more people!
TouchPoint is for health clubs, like Gold’s Gym and Anytime Fitness., that need to increase the frequency and quality of their communication to their leads and members, which results in an average 30% increase in revenue through membership and personal training sales.
TouchPoint is a web-based Communication Management application specifically built for health clubs that guarantees that every lead and member receives consistent communication and follow-up.
TouchPoint increases staff efficiency and takes out human error, by automatically sending out branded emails, text messages and scheduling staff follow-up calls and activities
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Managers, Sales People and Member Support - within a Health Club
Our users use this application to run their day and follow up with their leads and members. Their computer skill level tends to be a bit low and it’s important that they know where they are in the application and can quickly see what they are working on or will be working on next. Needs to be clean like Apple design – but still want be STRUCK with now cool it looks when a person sees it for the first time.
Our primary focus is to get the right colors and a consistent look and style. Any designed, layout, component suggestions beyond that are a bonus. Primary focus:
* Color scheme
* Quick links (buttons or links?)
* Panel titles
* Tab style
* Sub-tab style (something like Picnik which isn't a tab anymore but looks better – note generally do not like Picnik colors++ but like its sub-tab style)
Number of pages
Please see above and notes on pages - three pages but the calendar page is just a color suggestion of the actual calendar. Note, not on the pages is a spot for a logo. Attached is the logo < we can use the whole logo or just the smaller circle with arrow
