Complete Redesign of My Health Site

I am looking for a complete redesign of my Health Site (Allhealthonline.com) . Now I have just one banner logo throughout the site that needs to be removed. The banner is also too large. Also I need a site logo (allhealthonline) to be redesigned. Each topic would have its respective pic which is done for topics such as aging, allergy etc. I will take care of the pics. So its just that I require a placeholder in each inner page where I can insert my picture for the respective topic.(1 HOMEPAGE + 1 INNER PAGE)

(1 HOMEPAGE + 1 INNER PAGE) My Domain name would be AllHealthOnline.com The following are something I had like to include for the site 1. A nice logo. The logo http://www.health.com/health/ looks colourful in nice. I like the overall look and feel of this site for colour scheme and pictures. Nice colours need to be used in the template as it is about health and welness and stuff and needs to attract a visitor. Please use similar colour blocks alll over the site. These little color blocks would be used for a whole set of tips on special topics etc. 2. My Present Site is a 2 column template with a navigation menu on the right. You can either implement as is or as of http://www.health.com/health/ where the menu items are in the bottom. Or like in http://health.yahoo.com/ . Please look at Yahoo health site also for good ideas. 3. The site must have Google search on the top something like on the lines of http://www.cnn.com/HEALTH/. 4. I also like the footer of http://www.cnn.com/HEALTH/ The google search along with the few links and copyright is perfect. 5. As much as possible I want many ICONS to be used everywhere throughout the site instead of just plain text. Some Good Colorful ICONs 6. A menu on top something like found in http://www.webmd.com/ or http://health.discovery.com/ . The menu should be designed such a way that when I want new tabs or delete the placeholder tabs it should be an easy task via html. . Some other sites I like are http://www.healthguidance.org/ http://www.healthline.com/ I mean, the above needs to be supplemented with your creativity. I have just given a few inputs.
