Create a sophisticated 3-page webdesign for Residential Home Builder

We are residential contractors that primarily specializes in remodeling. And our secondary service is doing the smaller projects of residential damage and repairs.

I would like to see a long homepage design that highlights their services and some beautiful remodeling photos they've done. I want the viewer to see large images, clear sections, simple text messaging. I want the site to look very clean, uncluttered, modern and current. Their existing website looks very dated. We just redesigned their logo so pull cues from logo and create a new look for their site.

3 page webdesign is needed with the new site measuring 980 pixels
wide. One long homepage that touches on all aspects of the site then I
want a 2 interior dedicated pages for the portfolio and another for
their new blog.

Homepage: I like the clean header like the Vans.com site, white
background above a large slider/banner image. I'd like to rotate
through about 5 of their best portfolio images on the banner with
large caption on top. We have 3 services that need to be prominently
featured on homepage both in the body under the slider as well as in
the drop down menu: Remodels & Additions, Repairs & Improvements and
General Construction.

I'd like their testimonials to be seen at various points inside their
site such as set in a horizontal band that sits above the footer. I
like the visual break of how a quote reversed out of an image or a
colored field to stand out from the copy.

I'd like to add in a new section (not in their current site) for the
owner to show one photo of themselves along with some greek text for a
brief bio statement.

Contact form can sit at the bottom of the homepage and the primary
navigation across the top can jump to the homepage footer.

It's important to note that we are residential contractors that build
homes. We do NOT build commercial buildings or highrises. We also do
NOT build custom homes from scratch. We purposely concentrated on
doing remodeling work and the smaller projects of damage repairs and
improvements. This is important as this sets us apart from our
competitors because they don't want these smaller projects and we do!
We don't want to appear as high-end luxury, but we do want a
sophisticated and clean website that clearly communicates our sweet
spot.

This will be built on Wordpress so keep in mind that's how this site
will be programmed. Please go to their current site
(http://www.cabuilders.com) and use our existing content and place
into the new design for placement. I may be rewriting and replacing
images as we see this site come together.
