Design of webpages for a Saas website - culture.easy.xyz
Check out phoenix.btea7's Web page design contest…
culture.easy is an OKR (Objectives and Key Results) based SaaS product that drives teams and organizations into high-performance mode. Its primary benefits are strategic goal planning, monitoring execution, employee performance management, and employee engagement. By driving teams into high-performance mode, culture.easy helps organizations execute their audacious goals. We offer features like OKRs, performance reviews, surveys, 360-degree reviews, etc.. that help employee growth and company growth parallelly. The target audience for our product is the leadership and management of Companies (> 30 employees) whose primary goal is to set up a high-performance team/organization. Some qualities of High-performance teams are Alignment, Transparency, Engagement, Empowerment, and Recognition.
Our brand color is #5330C9. We are looking for contemporary, clean and minimalistic designs with a lot of white space on the pages. We want the text on the page to be very legible. Please use the brand color very sparingly and have an ample amount of white space and legibility of text like buffer, elastic websites.
We are looking for 3 pages - homepage, OKR feature page, How our product works page. We are looking for pc and mobile friendly versions of the designs. 1. Homepage - The navbar should have solutions, pricing, resources, and why us? Clicking solutions in the navbar should open up to 5 sections of pillars - Alignment, betterment, empowerment, recognition and listen with their icons, following the features in each pillar with their icons. Clicking the resources from the navbar should open to two sections, one to show off a free resource that users can download This page's main goal is to convey that our product drives teams into high-performance mode and to drive more demo bookings. - We want a big featured image which should be a variant of a) Alignment like gtmhub's website - https://gtmhub.com/ we also want a block to convey that our path consists of two steps 1. foundation or the first step that is Getting alignment with OKRs 2. pillars or the second step that is Shaping the culture with pillars with an image of something related to foundation and pillars or steps, this section will have two lines and a CTA like learn more We want to show an overview of our app features - OKRs, performance reviews, 360º feedback, surveys, praise, and direct them to the feature pages on click. - If the features are displayed in a tab view, On the hover of each feature, we want to show a section with 2 lines about the feature, and an explore feature button and a pseudo-screenshot of the feature screen - we have attached the image variants we would like to see in this block for each feature in this doc along with the modifications we are expecting here - https://docs.google.com/document/d/1gTzfWnK75Xt6d4qPlw2-a8EzWIQBqJ6jz-mVtcAs7Vc/edit?usp=sharing We also want to have a section 'why us?' with 10 lines of content and an image showing mishappenings of unaligned teams. In the alignment section of the home page we asked you to use the tunnel and bridge image for the moment. We are ready with an alternative idea now. In the image, the scene would be a display of a vehicle. There would be three teams responsible to get the lower frame of a vehicle, the upper frame of a vehicle, and tires. One team would get lower frame of a car, other team would get upper frame of a bicycle and other team would get tyres of a huge 4 wheeler - like bus. The teams would be confused with no vehicle to present, since they were not aligned on which vehicle they were making. Please represent this in the best possible illustration. we want to see some customer logos And a “want to see it in action?” block And a footer we are looking for pc version and a mobile-friendly version 2. OKRs - Feature page The main goal of this page is to give information about the OKRs feature of the app. Give a sneak peek into the app with at least 4-5 feature specific pseudo screenshots ( Eg: https://www.elastic.co/, https://www.perdoo.com/) The hero section of the page will have a feature specific pseudo-image, with a headline and subheadline and a CTA to get started ( Eg: https://ally.io/product/okr-performance-management/) We want to have four-five blocks which convey the benefits of the OKR feature, where each block will have 4-5 lines and a relevant pseudo-app illustration. The page can include other images for visual appeal. We want to have a block mentioning the feature benefits for employees of each role - i.e employees, HR, and manager We want the page to have a quotation block relevant to the feature For the content relevant to OKRs page you can refer to https://culture.easy.xyz/okr-management/ We want to have an explore other features block which shows 3-4 other features of the app with CTAs to explore now Followed by footer Please feel free to add any block that you think will add relevance and make the page more appealing to customers - like customer logos block or testimonial or talk to us blocks. we are looking for pc version and a mobile-friendly version 3. How the product works page - we want to show the content on https://docs.google.com/document/d/1PNTezRAylFKvxv8YoY7H8CQ-jT04GjwZvXTbIL9HprQ/edit?usp=sharing to be represented in the best possible way We bolded any content that could help you pick images to be kept here. It would be great if you can incorporate an interactive image or design in such a way to show the foundation and pillars and each of them forming into a well-defined framework with each feature and pillar. There should be a CTA to talk to us we are looking for pc version and a mobile-friendly version
What to avoid
Please avoid the use of heavy colors. We don’t want any sidebar menus and we don’t want actual humans in our infographics, we would prefer animated versions and we would prefer app-specific images like 1. https://ally.io/product/okr-performance-management/ 2. https://www.elastic.co/ 3. https://www.perdoo.com/solutions/roadmap-to-success/
We are looking for responsive webpage designs( ideal for pc screens and mobile screens) for each page we have briefed in the above section. We want the website design to be modern, contemporary, minimalistic, and clean. Please keep the legibility of content/text in mind. Using an ample amount of white spacing in the design with a hint of color here and there would appeal to us more. We think buffer, elastic, perdoo, and Splunk websites match this description of ours - so you can take inspirations from these for the minimalistic look. The logo has two fonts - Red hat text for culture and Apple Chancery for easy. You are free to use interactive images/gifs like elastic and perdoo. It would be great if you can go to our website https://app.culture.easy.xyz , experience the live demo here- https://app.culture.easy.xyz/demo, and explore features to come up with app-specific / feature-specific illustrations. Here is the drive link which has all the screenshots of each feature pages and a detailed description of brief in this drive https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1ju2VShOqNglEafsL8R9Q6dnepCIyJ-ln?usp=sharing. We attached the lofi mocks we have done. Please note that the lofi mocks are only for you to get an idea of how our content will look like - We insist you to not submit similar copies of lofi mocks and use your creative designer skills to present the elements, content and images mentioned in it in a creative professional designer done fashion. Some content mentioned in the brief could be missing in the lofi mock. Please add them in the design according to the brief. Before you submit the designs, please make sure the design passes this checklist: 1. Is the webpage having white as the dominant color (and other colors are sparing used)? 2. Is the text/copy super legible? 3. Is this a traditional or a contemporary/modern design? (Our preference is for contemporary/modern designs) 4. Homepage above the fold - the image should be an alignment related image (ex: gtmhub image) 5. Is the design unique and not matching the lofi mock exactly or very closely. We would prefer the final design files to be in .sketch

Loved the designs we have received from Ken. They went above and beyond to give us the designs we desired. Would love to work with them in the future.
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
