Optometrist
We want potential customers to see a beautiful site and want to use him as an optometrist.
Here is a link where you can view the current website, download images, and watch a movie I made that explains what we need from a design:
http://budurl.com/t8lf. Many of the websites I mention in the video are listed below.
I have attached a wireframe and the URL above should give you the images you may need. You can also use istockphoto (which I'll pay for) if needed.

We really like how the images "pop" out of these sites. Our idea is to use a little girl smiling as the main graphic. Then use faded gradients around the image to integrate the heading and form for them to fill out.
The best word I can give for what we want is "polish" as defined here:

We would like a site that is CURRENT and FRESH. More Helvetica, gradients, transparency, rounded corners, use of etc. The site must be utterly apparent that it is new and designed in 2010.
I am not telling you to make this site like any of these, but after you look at all of them, you will see the similar theme w/ gradients, opacity, fonts, and colors.
