The home page should have the menu visible, but the content should somehow guide the visitor into either "Vinkurs" (wine courses) or "Påmeldingskurs" (wine course events).
WINE COURSES ("Vinkurs" in main menu):
The current page (use Google translate from Norwegian to read the content) is http://vinforedrag.no/vinkurs/temaer, http://vinforedrag.no/vinkurs/mat_og_vin/ and http://vinforedrag.no/vinkurs/riedelkurs (for wine course, food and wine courses, and Riedel wine glass courses, respectively) which will be consolidated to one main "Wine courses" page with filtering and/or subpages for the different course types.
We need the design to list X number of courses with basic info and call-to-action to a "product page" about that specific wine course. Filtering and/or submenu navigation as mentioned above to see specific course types. The content in the right column as seen on http://vinforedrag.no/vinkurs/temaer needs to be kept in some fashion -- some basic info about all courses, contact info, contact form and a general order form.
PRODUCT PAGE / SPECIFIC WINE COURSE PAGE:
Following a link/call-to-action on the wine courses page should lead to a page describing that specific wine course. One or mote photos are important here, fairly brief basic text information and some metadata (price, optional date/time for wine course events, number of spots, etc). See the existing courses for example info. There are two important call to actions here -- order the course directly, or "please contact me" (to have Svein contact the potential client).
Think of this page to be potential landing pages of marketing campaigns for a course (although the menu navigation should still be present).
This is the "catch-all" plain information page, such as "about us". http://vinforedrag.no/vinkurs/informasjon is one such current page. It should have main content, as well as aside content such as "contact us".
