Properties Database & Search - Elegant Design Needed

Wikiaqar.com is where owners promote their properties thru Paid Ads & users search for properties for free. That simple!

target audience are:
1- Property owners who would like to attract buyers & renters through advertising in the website.
2- Property hunters, people who are looking for a house, apartment, etc., by searching through specific inputs.

- Clean user-friendly UI, easy on the eye, something that would give a sophisticated impression without being overwhelming.
- Cool colors, like: blue, green, gray, purple, or pale yellow, etc. (Avoid red, orange, etc.)
- light background
- big spaces, big font, big buttons (in general) [but not the main buttons in the header i.e: home, contact us, etc.]

1- Home page: where house hunters can specify what kind of properties they are looking for by choosing from several options & hitting "Search".

2- Search results page: where all the search results for the specified kind of properties appear.

3- Full Ad. view page: Ad. is shown in full, with pictures of the property, more details about the property & contact info of the owner (Ad. creator)

4- The page where property owners can create their Ads by filling in the fields, check checkboxes & upload pictures of their properties.
