The current website covers home, about, profiles, services, our values, contact, and testimonials. On the new website we would like 5 pages, I will also provide the narrative to back up the headlines on the 5 pages to aide your design.
We would like the first page, the ‘landing page’, to be a bold image with a bold statement. The current landing page has the headline "Riding the waves in the talent market, mentoring, strategy and execution for business leaders." - do not get hung up on that statement in your design, there's a chance that I may change the "Riding the waves" bit to something else linked to growth, innovation or strategy - please do however incorporate if you can the way I've used the revolving use of the words below (see the current website to see how I’m employing this);
I would like a top navigation bar covering Home / About / Expertise / Testimonials / Contact
The second page would be entitled ‘About’ and have the following headlines / sections: Our Story / Leadership / Our Values / Testimonials. We are open to either page scrolling or for us to have additional pages designed after the competition has finished. This would be paid for separately. This qualification applies to all of the pages described below as well.
The third page would be entitled Expertise and have the following headlines / sections: Growth NED / Strategic Advisory / Project Consulting / Strategic Talent Acquisition. Each heading would have an accompanying narrative.
The fourth page would be entitled Testimonials and have the following headlines / sections: Clients / Employers / Investors & Industry / Employees
The fifth page would be entitled Contact Us with postal, telephone and email contacts, along with a ‘GET IN TOUCH WITH US’ section that allows the viewer to leave their name, email, subject and message.

Our roots are in building fast growth businesses in globally competitive markets, along with the common goal of effective talent acquisition and helping businesses being successful with the right strategy and people.
Through our own experience, and that of the people we serve, we have learnt the challenges and pitfalls faced by many business leaders today, the value of external leadership and expert guidance, and the importance of a true partnership in a business relationship.

David is a veteran of the staffing sector, with 25 years experience in specialist businesses where he has assembled core competences associated with successfully building and running multi-discipline, multi-sector and multi-national businesses.
He has been described as a hands-on, sleeves rolled up Operating Partner, as a leader by example and personal coach with an underlying drive and determination to succeed, combined with a desire and focus to develop others around him; he is considered amongst his peers and clients as a trusted advisor who consistently gets things done.
