Simple web 2.0 site for IT Solutions/Design company

Simple web 2.0 styled site for IT solutions, web design and hosting company. We want to use the local area (South Devon, UK) as a base for the site, especially the red cliffs around Dawlish.

If you should choose to have a banner, it should be either a nice photograph (see samples supplied) or a cartoon version of the cliffs (see below). The colour scheme should fit the banner of the site.

Don't worry if you think you can't meet the above spec, as we are open to other ideas :)

Should be simalar to banner, perhaps blue or red might be nice.

Clean, simple, fresh, web 2.0, lots of white space etc.

The logo should be simply Red Cove Solutions in whatever case looks best. Perhaps it should be redcovesolutions and have the 3 words in different colours. We will probably update the logo at a later date so dont waste too much time on this.

Contestants are asked to submit a design of the homepage AND the portfolio page.

Minimal use of graphics for links

No Flash

Possible space for accreditations

No horizontal scrolling on 1024×768 so about 1000 px wide

Height needs to be flexible depending on page content

Website should stay in the center of the screen

Desired File Formats: Layered and Sliced PSD

No images of people on the site
