I need a 'new/sharp/web 2.0' looking design to this site. The name of the site will be Skymid.com. This is a redesign and the example that I am giving you should be used for reference only. I made some comments that you will find on the example provided.

About the site:
It's pretty much a site where you can go to watch videos that its users have submitted. The videos are filed under 3 main categories, which you can see in the example image below. Each video is no more than 60 seconds. It's something like a youtube type site, except that the videos are of the users themselves and not just random.
