We need a unique design, colour scheme and layout for the homepage of our social P2P lending website that demonstrates clean styles, a professional look and has the feel of a community site.

Desired Style: The design must be: *Clean and clear layout *professional *friendly/fun *community oriented Accepted File Formats: PSD (layered) You are required to design the hompage for a social lending (peer to peer) website. Provide us with a unique design, colour scheme and layout that has a 800px wide content wrapper and suitable for 1024px screens. Key themes to convey are - better rates for borrowers + high returns on investments for lenders The main elements that need to be incorporated on the home page are: 1. Brief description of the site and purpose (use dummy text for the moment) 2. Listings of featured loans 3. Footer (Home, About Us, Contact Us, Loan Agreements,Privacy, Terms, Help Centre) 4. Primary navigation - Home, Lending, Borrowing,Groups, My Account 5. Header - Primary Nav bar, Links to - Log in, Help and Join 6. Other - latest news, brief stats, any other items you think suitable Some similar sites for inspiration are: http://www.prosper.com https://secure.lendingclub.com http://www.zopa.com We will be a running another contest for the logo in the meantime please place use a dummy name for the logo.
