We develop complex software for large organisations around the world.

We're a small UK-based software house that currently has some large clients we've built up from our own connections. We've built those connections with word of mouth but now want to start targetting new clients and have a public-facing website to explain how we do things separately. The attached spec should break down content further but any questions please get in touch before starting a design if you need clarification. Specific examples of work – here we go into more detail on each of the “Expertise” examples of them – 1-2 paragraphs for each rather than just a couple of sentences. Small section reinforcing our different verticial markets – again link to existing page. End page with a call to action to contact About Us Paragraph describing us Who we are – team photos – 7 initially with first name, role How we are different sections – this re-iterates main page. We need to include text + images to show. These will have more detail than the link from homepage. • The concept of “Pods” – a fully autonomous business working within Pina Vida for their business, fully self-supporting team focussed on delivering. This is key to delivery where other projects fail. Complete team integration. Build up in-house expertise within PV for longer projects that remain with you over time. Always at our site. • We take the risk on projects – we don’t endlessly bill day rates and body-shop people. • We Deliver. No endless dates – realistic estimates, no blockers and progress with incremental regular deliveries. Like having a perfectly functioning agile team in your business even if its waterfall. Vertical – maybe a couple of sub-items/images like home page.
