This is a great opportunity for a designer to be part of a growing website. We need to brush up our homepage and add some more excitement and positive energy.. we also have a few new features and would like to advertise them on our homepage... We need the design to encourage people to join our site dedicated to offering free multimedia based self improvement programs and community based support to enrich and improve peoples lives. Winner will get opportunity to design additional new pages: 1) The daily podcast 2) Question of the day In addition The Challenge section is up for review as well. Tools To Life has constant work and we are looking for designers to be part of the team.

We are looking for a designer to reshape and improve the Tools To LIfe.com Homepage.. and additional work! Toolstolife.com is the worlds first Self Development website offering multimedia based self improvement programs 100% FREE.. We want to improve the look and feel of the homepage and excite people about joining the tools site.. we are currently adding new features to the site (daily audio podcasts, group challenges) and wish to have these features included into the homepage design also.. - Include landing text currently on the homepage " ToolsToLife offers you self improvement programs while you get support from other people around you." - item 2...relocate Video player to the right side of the page and reduce it's scale - Reduce or remove the play list.. there will only be 2 videos included on the new homepage.. these are the "Welcome" Video and the "Take the tour" video - make clear the site is 100% Free - Include a very accessible and noticeable join now button - A clear advertisement of site features these include. Programs (see site for list of available and coming soon), the Toolbox (a multimedia platform with videos, audios, reading, exercises and a daily checklist,). Group challenges( participate in or start a group challenge).Daily Podcast (with founder and creator Coach Steele), Inspiration Articles ( articles posted by Tools To life coaches on ways to improve and better your life.. (see the current site for how this is being done currently you may be able to update and include new features) - Include the current Logo and top banner in your design - Color scheme should include colors already included on the site . however you way widen the palette if neccasary

Overly complicated design and too many boxes... we want the site to feel very welcoming to the user and pleasing to the eye..
