Arrow Property Management
Phoenix Arizona based property management company looking for a professional and artistic website.
Real estate investors and property owners looking for a company to locate tenants for their vacant properties and provide property management services. We do not want a home search feature or login area.
Take a look at the logo, color scheme, and business card example. Do not limit yourself to the colors provided, we'd love to see some accent colors that add to appeal of your design.
We want a real estate management oriented website that looks professional and artistic. Please stay away from the typical real estate template website look you see everywhere on free template websites. We want originality! We would like it to be MORE edgy than clean, to match the logo, but clean enough to be user friendly. Professional grunge would be the perfect description of our website once it is done.
I'd like to see the 'weathered' 'grunge' style worked into the logo and header area of the design and subtly incorporated in other elements of the page to tie it all together. I envision an artsy grunge style header background that dissipates around the horizontal navigation bar and then has a cleaner look the rest of the way down the page and then some more grungy weathered elements in the footer to tie it together top to bottom.
My main concern is that I don't want the site to look like we threw our logo onto a template. I want it to look as though the website was designed based off of the sketchy logo and arrow as you see in the business card example I uploaded. The arrow looks weathered... like was left on the beach for 100 years. Please incorporate that look and feel into the page buttons, icons, and other elements.
If you use any pictures of homes, please keep them relevant to the Southwest United States.
Site needs a horizontal navigation bar with TEXT links. (Home, Phoenix Property Management, For Property Owners, For Tenants, & Contact). Please add an area with three buttons that read (Our Promise, Testimonials, Apply Now)
Must have a footer area reserved for sitemap navigation links.
