LoanOfficerSchool.com
LoanOfficerSchool.com is recognized throughout the mortgage industry as the top training organization in the country. Since 1987, our instructors have trained tens of thousands of loan officers for the nation's largest mortgage lenders and brokers.
You can read more about our company at http://loanofficerschool.com/
The target audience for this website is current and prospective mortgage loan originators looking to improve their skills or to prepare for their licensing examination.
We're looking for an eye catching website design to replace our existing one.
We want to give particular attention to the online store where users can purchase our products, and to the path for prospective affiliates to register with the website (currently starting from the "enter email" box on the main page).
You only need to design the main page. We will be reimplementing the website based on the design, so feel free to experiment with the layout, visual flow, etc. Make sure your navigation element(s) are flexible enough to accommodate new pages and links in the future.
Here are some examples of websites that we like:
http://safeact.com/
http://www.insightjetcharter.com/
http://globallasikcenter.com/
http://www.techknowls.com/
Here's an example of a website that we don't like:
http://mortgage.nationwidelicensing…fault.aspx
Layout:
We will use a Blueprint CSS grid to implement the website, so your design must be based on it. You can find a PSD template and links to more resources explaining what this is about here: http://konigi.com/tools/photoshop-t…-css-comps
Colors:
We are partial to a theme based on dollar green. Feel free to experiment around that.
We will require:
Web file format - .jpg and layered .psd (RGB)
