Webdesign for non-profit Larp organization

Syskonskapet

The non-profit Larp organization Syskonskapet needs a new design to fit its growing site.
We would like the design to be delivered as both a graphic file (like a .psd or similar) and placed on a empty html page (so we can make a template to our CMS that we both are happy with)

We would like a start page and a "content" page with roughly the same design.

About Syskonskapet:
Syskonskapet is a swedish non-profit organization that supports larping (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Larp) since 1996.
We recieve fundings (as a youth organisation) via the nationwide organization for larp- and roleplayers in Sweden, Sverok (http://www.sverok.se).

What we want:
We are now looking for a complete webdesign to fit our needs.
We are looking for a clean design that is easy to read but still gives visitors to the site a feeling of what we stand for.
The design should preferrably have several places for display of news and webfeeds on the frontpage.

Some ideas we have:
maybe a 3- or 4 column design
Please have a look at the attached files named "startpage.gif" and "page.gif" to get a rough idea of what we have in mind.

We are extremely happy for anything you can come up with and you don't need to regard what we think we want as the only possible option.

Feedback:
We'll normally be able to give feedback several times a day, let us know if you need anything more from us.

First hand the target audience is larpers and role-players but also all the way from newspapers to local politicians and other organizations.
