New website design wanted for Härnösand Energi & Miljö AB (HEMAB)

Business concept: - HEMAB shall be a local municipality owned company close to the customers/ the owners. - HEMAB shall provide a technical infrastructure worth its price in Härnösand in close collaboration with the owners, customers, public administration/authorities and other municipalities close to us. - HEMAB shall run a responsible and cost efficient business with long-term thinking when it comes to economy and environmental consideration. The activities shall be: - District heating/ windpower - Refuse collection/ recycling - Drinking water and wastewater - Electricity distribution Vision Through our business and activities HEMAB takes an active part in making Härnösand attractive and also create conditions for a positive development with new inhabitants and new companies in the municipality. The business and activities give the customers long-term conditions, nearness and services free of interruptions. Main values: Personal responsibility, Local presence and Collaboration. This leads to: Cost efficiency, Long-term consideration and delivery free from interruptions.

During 2012 we are planning to re-design our website www.hemab.se. HEMAB needs a website that corresponds with the costumer requirements of 2012, including social media, (facebook, twitter, linkedin and youtube), interactivity and variety. The page should be user-friendly, simple and with a big local touch. Please consider that the design also should be applicable on the smart phones on the market. The web page/design should be 960 px wide. It is important that your design shows how the navigation is structured. HEMAB is a relatively small company and we are very close to our costumers, and thats what we are aiming for with this web project. One of the most important goals with the page is news for our costumers, therefore it's important with a clear room for news about the company on the start page.

We appreciate fresh, creative and innovative ideas. The design should at the same time go hand in hand with core values like stable economy, environmental consideration, low cost, local interaction as well as responsibility for long-term sustainable development. We are currently working with templates and since that works well for us we want to continue doing so.
