I am looking for a new website GUI for http://www.timesharetravel.com/. The design goal is to use the existing site architecture and come up with a fresh, lightweight (CSS friendly) user interface design that is simple, attractive and easy to navigate.

I am looking for a new website GUI for timesharetravel.com. The design goal is to use the existing site architecture and come up with a fresh, lightweight (CSS friendly) user interface design that is simple, attractive and easy to navigate.
The new design should be CSS friendly. Meaning the positioning of graphics should be easy to reproduce using a table-less, CSS-based layout rather than HTML tables.
The overall look and feel should be simple and attractive.
The existing site architecture should be used. But feel free to change or update the left column on the existing website.
I am open to new color schemes as long as softer tones are used. Or at the very least light silvers and gray's to highlight text.
No HTML or PHP coding is required. Just a layered Photoshop (PSD) file.
I am trying to obtain a high-quality copy of the Timeshare Travel logo and will post it here shortly.
