Description of the organization and its target audience
We are a real estate team. We guide and advise people through the buying and selling process of a home. We really care about our clients and we are one of the top teams in our area, we'd love for our logo to reflect that (and for people to immediately think 'real estate' when they see the logo). Our audience is not a niche audience, we actually need a logo that is more timeless and works across generations.

We have a logo we want altered. (It is a logo we paid for and couldn't get it across the finish line). I have attached it below. We don't think the logo we were given is aesthetically pleasing at all, and we want a more mature logo (we don't mean boring or not hip, just more mature!) We came to 99 designs so we could really get a lot of different versions of a house with a handshake that were more along this line.

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
Text in logos should be converted to outlines.
