L'azienda coltiva le proprie vigne e vinifica direttamente le sue uve curando tutti i processi dal grappolo d'uva alla bottiglia. il vino prodotto è esclusivamente BIANCO. la coltivazione è di tipo biologico. Si rivolge ad un consumatore attento alla genuinità del prodotto e che apprezza le sfumature di sapore ottenute da uve prodotte unicamente in un determinato territorio (autoctone). Il nome dell'azienda dovrà comparire insieme al nome del vino. quindi "Le terre di Matè" o "Terre di Matè" Azienda "Matè" nome del vino bianco. Mi piacerebbe utilizzare nella scrittura del nome di questo vino la firma di mio padre pur sapendo che non è un font universale e utilizzabile per le etichette di altre bottiglie. I vini che produco ad oggi sono due, uno è vino bianco "Matè" e l'altro è Gavi DOCG "Regadina". quello che ricerco è la semplicità e l'armonia tra gli elementi nel pieno rispetto della natura.
